Our Mission
Mon River Arts is an organization dedicated to expanding artistic opportunities to children and adults in the Mon Valley and Western Pennsylvania. Programs and performances take place at the Grand Theatre in Elizabeth, Pennsylvania located at 207 S. Second Avenue.
